Bridging the Gap:
From Hospital to Home
ChroniSense Medical develops wearable medical-grade devices that monitor vital signs and other health factors, allowing patients and healthcare professionals to manage chronic disease without interfering with the patient’s everyday activity – in or outside the home. Our advanced sensors measure medical data from blood oxygen and ECG to blood pressure, cardiac output and vascular resistance, and communicate that data to caregivers in real time.
We bring better healthcare, increased freedom and security, and reduced hospitalizations and readmissions.
World’s 1st Wrist ICU Monitor
Chronisense will change the way patients are monitored and subsequently treated – in and out of the home
Like Never Before:
Medical Data from the Radial Artery
ChroniSense Medical is unique in the way in which it acquires information from patients. While other technologies measure data from small vessels at the back of the wrist that limit attainable information to mainly pulse rate, ChroniSense’s proprietary optical sensors measure at the blood-rich radial artery which, along with an ultra-sensitive electrical sensor, serve as a source for high quality multi-parametric data.
The company’s patent-pending technologies, employing innovative bio-physical models, result in uniquely accurate medical-grade measurements.
ChroniSense enables monitoring of patients in and out of the home, whether the patient is awake or asleep. Information is continuously transmitted to ChroniSense’s certified service center, allowing 24/7 monitoring and intervention if needed. Relevant output is then transmitted to authorized third parties in real time. This provides the physician with an important tool to assist in disease management and to optimize clinical outcomes.
Meeting the Needs of Many Underserved Markets
ChroniSense is positioned to offer remarkable solutions to huge underserved markets in adult and pediatric care. Our system employs analysis of multiple concurrent data streams to develop personalized medical trend models, that are accurate in determining and tracking disease progression or remission. Through continuous medical status monitoring, our system will offer increased patient security, with real-time alerts in case of medical deterioration.
The ChroniSense Platform: How Does it Work?
